Back in the 1980s, there was a rather useful, weekly publication, called 'Car Care'. For $2.25 a week you could buy a section which you would put into different sections of a binder. In total, there were 160 issues and seven folders available. Here we have 8 binders for $50. (Binders are not in order or complete).
